Do I pay monthly forever?

No. You pay once for your licence, then a small monthly (or yearly) maintenance fee that keeps your shop online, updated and supported. Stop maintenance and your data stays safe, but the shop goes read-only.

What does maintenance cover?

Secure cloud hosting, automatic updates and support: everything that keeps SkyPos running and improving for you.

Can I use it on any device?

Yes. SkyPos runs in the browser on any Windows PC, laptop or tablet, so you can use what you already have or let us supply the right kit.

Can I take card payments?

Yes. Card payments are built in, alongside cash and EFT, with Yoco and Paystack supported.

Is my data safe in the cloud?

Yes. Your shop runs in the cloud with secure, automatic backups, and you can sign in from any device.

Do you support more than one branch?

Yes, on the Multi-Branch plan, with stock transfers between branches and consolidated reporting.

Is there a contract or lock-in?
